Registration and Payment

Upon arrival in Kelowna, head straight to H2O facility. We will setup a table for you to register for the weekend.

Billet Assignment

For those who requested billeting, you will be shown your billet location as part of the final registration step. Be sure to be kind and courteous to your hosts as they are volunteering their home for you this weekend.

Full Debriefings Details

We will then go through the full debrief of the events planned for the weekend at 9pm, after which you will be able to head to your assigned billet. Be sure to contact them as soon as you receive their contact information.
